Mobility Plus

Modernising accessibility for the UK’s market leader

StrategyBrand developmentTone of voiceUX designUI designAccessibility optimisationWebsite build

Mobility Plus is the UK’s leading specialist in accessible bathrooms, known for its walk in baths, showers and wet rooms. Founded as a family business, it has grown into a trusted national brand built on compassion, craftsmanship and personal service.

Our challenge was to bring their digital experience in line with the reputation of the company and the expectations of its customers.

Their existing website site was more than eight years old and falling short in key areas:

bullet

Design and performance no longer reflected the premium product range

bullet

Accessibility did not meet the needs of less digitally confident users

bullet

The site lacked clear brand distinction

bullet

Integration gaps limited performance tracking and CRM efficiency

Discovery and Insight

When meeting the leadership team, it quickly became clear that Mobility Plus was not a product company but a people company. Its strength lay in empathy, listening and care. Recognising this shaped everything that followed, from tone of voice to visual design, ensuring the new brand expressed the human side of the business as much as its technical quality.

“A fast, accessible and conversion focused site designed to increase annual enquiries by more than 20 percent.”

“See how we’ve helped people feel safer, more confident and better supported in their own homes.”

Brand Development

We defined a refreshed brand system built around Mobility Plus’s purpose, values and tone of voice. The new visual identity balanced warmth and trust with subtle premium cues, ensuring continuity across print, web and marketing channels.

“A unified brand system that communicates trust, compassion and quality”

UIUX Design

We simplified the user journey through wireframes and interactive prototypes designed for clarity and ease of use. Accessibility guided every design choice, from typography and contrast to navigation and form layout. The interface was designed to feel calm, clear and reassuring.

“Streamlined user flows guiding visitors from homepage to enquiry with minimal friction.”

“From your first call to your final fit, we make the process smooth, supportive and free from pressure.”

Website Build

Working in partnership with Harvest Digital, we developed a bespoke WordPress theme using the Href Starter framework for speed and scalability. The build meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards and targets an 85 percent PageSpeed Insights score. Salesforce CRM, Infinity Call Tracking and GA4 were fully integrated with server side tagging for reliable data capture. Lightweight animation and iconography added personality without slowing performance.

“Stronger organic performance through structured SEO improvements”
