During his tenure as Global Vice President of Commercial Technologies at Universal Music Group, he founded an intrapreneurial Innovation agency that spearheaded a diverse range of new initiatives, delivering over $130 million in incremental revenue.
Andy's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found “Sollos”, where he pioneered innovative solutions blending music and neuroscience for improved well-being.
Now, with his latest endeavour, "Diverge," a boutique consultancy firm, Andy continues to push boundaries, rallying high-performing teams around bold ideas with his keen attention to detail and unwavering creative vision.
Andy is also a mentor for Abbey Road’s “RED” tech incubator and is on the board of the EMI Archive Trust - one of the worlds largest and most diverse music and technology archives.

Pete is a well respected senior executive and entrepreneur.
Having spent over a decade at Warner Music Group (WMG), rising to VP of Global Business Development. He played as pivotal role in WMG’s digital transition, as a key member of the BD team which struck deals with Apple, YouTube and Spotify.
In 2008, Pete joined Imagination Technologies, boosting its growth as Director of Cloud Services. Returning to music in 2014, he served as Deputy CEO of 7digital, guiding it to an IPO and securing clients like TikTok.
In 2019, Pete stepped down from 7digital to focus on his portfolio of start-ups. He currently serves as Chairman for Finnish live music start-up Gixon and holds board seats for Centralized.me, an Israeli EdTech and FinTech company, and MediMusic, a U.K.-based digital therapeutics firm.
