We founded Diverge to address a familiar problem.
We kept seeing good teams stuck between two options: big consultancies that stop at slides, or agencies that jump straight to execution before the problem is properly framed.
In practice, most work needs both: clear thinking up front, and hands-on delivery once the path is set.
So we built Diverge to sit in the middle.
We work alongside your team, helping you make sense of messy situations, choose a direction, and ship what matters. Sometimes that’s a product or platform. Sometimes it’s a brand, a proposition, or a new venture. Often it’s a mix.
Diverge is led by two founders, who’ve held senior roles across startups and large organisations, backed by a trusted network of experienced specialists we’ve worked with for years. That means you get a senior core team, plus the right extra expertise when it’s needed, without the usual handoffs.
Are we solving the right problem, for the right people, at the right time?
The name comes from something personal too. We’re both neurodivergent, and “divergent thinking” has always been part of how we solve problems: we look for patterns, reframe quickly, and connect dots across disciplines. The point isn’t to be different for the sake of it. It’s to get to a clearer answer faster, and build it properly.
