What does Diverge do?

Diverge is an innovation studio. We help teams clarify direction, align quickly, and turn ideas into propositions, products, and brands that can be built and launched with confidence.

What types of projects do you take on?

We typically work across:

  • Proposition, positioning, and messaging

  • Product and UX (research, journeys, prototyping, design systems)

  • Brand identity systems

  • Websites and digital platforms

  • End-to-end launches and relaunches

Projects often span more than one of these areas.

Do you just design websites?

No. We design and build websites, but we’re usually brought in earlier, when the core question is clarity: what are we saying, who is it for, and why does it matter? The website or product experience follows from that.

What’s the best way to start working together?

For many teams, the best starting point is a short, focused engagement (often one to two weeks). This is used to define the problem, align stakeholders, and produce a clear roadmap for what comes next.

How long do projects usually take?

Timelines vary by scope, but typical ranges are:

  • Strategy and clarity work: 1–3 weeks

  • Brand and website projects: 6–10+ weeks

  • Product MVPs: 8–16+ weeks

We aim to recommend the smallest next step that creates real momentum.

What’s your typical budget range?

Budgets depend on scope and timeline. If you share what you’re trying to achieve, we’ll suggest options and, where useful, a phased approach.

Who will I work with?

You’ll work directly with senior leads, with founders involved. We also bring in experienced specialist consultants in areas like product, UX, brand, and technology when the work requires it.

What industries do you specialise in?

We’ve supported work across entertainment, retail, wellness, finance, the public sector, and early-stage ventures. We’re most useful where complexity is high and decisions need to be made clearly.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. Particularly when there’s a need to define a proposition, set a roadmap, and launch a product or brand system that can grow.

Do you work with in-house teams?

Yes. We often partner with internal product, marketing, and technology teams to accelerate progress and reduce unnecessary iteration.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We’re comfortable working under NDAs and handling confidential information.

Who owns the work?

Once fees are paid, clients typically own the final deliverables created specifically for them. Any exceptions, such as pre-existing IP or third-party assets, are clearly set out in our contract.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. We can support ongoing optimisation, iteration, content updates, performance improvements, and product evolution after launch.

Do you build for accessibility and performance?

Yes. We aim to deliver work that is accessible, robust, and performant, and we can agree targets upfront based on your needs and platform.

How do we get in touch?
