Launching Diverge

Today we’re launching Diverge.

We started it because we kept seeing good teams stuck between two options: big consultancies that stop at recommendations, or agencies that jump straight into execution before the problem is properly framed. Most work needs both, clear thinking up front and hands-on delivery once the path is set.

Diverge is a founder-led studio built to sit in that middle space. We help teams make sense of messy situations, choose a direction, and ship what matters. Sometimes that’s a product or platform. Sometimes it’s a brand, proposition, or venture. Often it’s a mix.

Before Diverge, I spent nine years at Universal Music Group, where I founded and led an internal innovation studio working across new products, platforms, partnerships, and venture builds. That experience shaped how we work now: stay close to the real constraints, make decisions practical, and focus on outcomes.

Diverge is supported by a trusted network of senior specialists we’ve worked with for years. That means you get a small core team that stays involved, plus the right expertise when it’s needed.
