Covatic is a privacy-first advertising technology company enabling publishers and media owners to deliver effective, addressable advertising without third-party cookies. Operating in a fast-changing regulatory landscape, the business needed to explain a technically complex product to commercial, technical, and executive audiences alike.
We worked with Covatic to align their evolving product story, brand, and digital experience, creating a clear, credible platform that could support growth, sales conversations, and future expansion.
Explaining complexity without losing credibility
Covatic’s technology sits at the intersection of privacy regulation, data infrastructure, and advertising performance. While the underlying product was powerful, the story was difficult to communicate clearly to non-technical audiences.
The existing website had supported the business through early growth, but no longer reflected the maturity of the platform or the scale of its ambition. The challenge was to simplify the story without diluting trust, accuracy, or regulatory rigour.
Strategy, narrative, and scalable platform design
We led the strategic framing, UX, and design of Covatic’s digital presence, working closely with the internal team to shape a clear and structured product narrative.
Our work included defining the platform story for Covatic OS and its wider ecosystem, translating complex technical concepts into accessible explanations, and designing a modular website structure that could scale with the business. We also supported the creation of a short ecosystem explainer animation for sales and events.
