A people-led brand and digital rebuild

Mobility Plus is the UK’s leading specialist in accessible bathrooms, known for its walk-in baths, showers, and wet rooms. Founded as a family business, it has grown into a trusted national brand built on compassion, craftsmanship, and personal service.

Our challenge was to bring their digital experience in line with that reputation, and with the expectations of customers making important, often sensitive decisions about their homes and independence.

An outdated experience for a trusted brand

The existing website was more than eight years old and no longer reflected the quality of the product range or the care behind the service. Design and performance issues created friction, particularly for less digitally confident users.

The site also lacked clear brand distinction and the technical foundations needed for effective performance tracking and CRM integration, limiting insight and long-term optimisation.

Strategy, brand, and accessibility-first design

We led the strategic repositioning of the business, shifting the emphasis from products to people. This informed a refreshed brand model, tone of voice, and a calmer, more reassuring digital experience.

Our work spanned strategy, brand development, UX and UI design, accessibility optimisation, and delivery support through to launch. Accessibility considerations guided every decision, from navigation and typography to content structure and form design.

A faster, clearer, more accessible platform

The new website better reflects the warmth and professionalism of the Mobility Plus brand while meeting the needs of its audience. Performance, usability, and accessibility were significantly improved, with the platform meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards and targeting best-in-class PageSpeed performance

The platform now provides a reliable foundation for marketing, analytics, and CRM integration, supporting both immediate performance and future growth.

Designed to support confidence and independence

By aligning brand, language, and experience, the new platform helps Mobility Plus meet customers at an important moment in their lives with clarity, reassurance, and trust.
