Mobility Plus is the UK’s leading specialist in accessible bathrooms, known for its walk-in baths, showers, and wet rooms. Founded as a family business, it has grown into a trusted national brand built on compassion, craftsmanship, and personal service.
Our challenge was to bring their digital experience in line with that reputation, and with the expectations of customers making important, often sensitive decisions about their homes and independence.
An outdated experience for a trusted brand
The existing website was more than eight years old and no longer reflected the quality of the product range or the care behind the service. Design and performance issues created friction, particularly for less digitally confident users.
The site also lacked clear brand distinction and the technical foundations needed for effective performance tracking and CRM integration, limiting insight and long-term optimisation.
